W hat is "Quality of Life" and how do you know when a community has it? To most people, it's intangible. It's hard to measure. It's just something you feel. If "Quality of Life" means award-winning schools, then Newaygo has it. If it means picturesque lakes, rivers and forests, then Newaygo has it. If it means the idyllic smalltown atmosphere where vour children can breathe the fresh air of freedom and relaxation is the norm, then Newaygo DEFINITELY has it! Or perhaps "Quality of Life" can be measured by the extent to which neighbors help one another. There's no shortage of that generosity in Newaygo, where more than 300 community volunteers recently helped build a $60,000 playground at Vera Wilsie Elementary School. After all, this town belongs to all of us -and that pride shows. |
